I love the diversity of Pennsylvania and recently I’ve been seeking resources for guidance about child care providers responsibility to comply with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) request for information. A friend sent me a link to The Center for Law and Social Policy (CLASP) that has been a wealth of resources.
Many people are aware that immigration agents aren’t supposed to arrest and apprehend people at places like schools, hospitals, and churches. It’s less widely known that early childhood programs are also protected.
